Vibration Control for Optical Microscopes and Precision Balances
Using NonBuren, with its excellent vibration damping and shock absorption, we’ve achieved a level of vibration control that goes beyond conventional rubber. NonBuren can be placed directly under devices like optical microscopes and precision balances, and it's ready to use right away to reduce external vibrations. This anti-vibration table is maintenance-free and highly cost-effective. It can also be used as a "vibration-damping platform." When placed under small compressors or other vibration sources, it effectively reduces vibrations to the floor. These are the actual measured values for the NJ-4050 and NJ-3040 anti-vibration tables when placed on an office desk with their maximum load capacity. Please note that these values are not guaranteed.
Vibration Comparison Testing with Anti-Vibration Table.
This video compares images captured by an electron microscope at 1000x magnification. To create vibrations, we rotated a weighted gear at 1000 rpm (about 16.7Hz).
Hz (Hertz) is a unit of frequency, where 1Hz means one vibration per second.
In the left image (Without Vibration Isolation Table), the screen appears blurred due to vibrations. In contrast, the right image is clear, thanks to the vibration isolation table, which effectively reduces the vibrations captured by the electron microscope.
This table is ideal for reducing external vibrations, such as those from compressors or fans, in environments where precision instruments or measuring devices are used.
